NEXA Lending has launched a new Debt Service Coverage Ratio loan program designed to help real estate investors qualify based on property cash flow rather than personal income documentation.
NEXA Lending today announced the launch of its new DSCR (Debt Service Coverage Ratio) loan program, expanding its non-QM product offerings for real estate investors nationwide.
The new program allows investors to qualify for financing based on the rental income generated by the subject property, rather than requiring traditional personal income documentation such as W-2s or tax returns. Loans are available for 1-4 unit residential investment properties with minimum DSCR requirements starting at 1.0.
Program features include loan amounts up to $3 million, loan-to-value ratios up to 80%, and flexible terms including 30-year amortization. The program is available in most states.
NEXA Lending is a national mortgage lender headquartered in the United States. The company offers a full range of conventional, government, and non-QM loan products.
